In most cases, a holding brake is not required as there is a high holding torque when disconnected from power.

The motor-gearbox combination is controlled by a servo drive controller specially adapted to this unit.

• The control types torque control, output speed control or positioning may be selected.
• 32 driving programs may be configured via the interface.
• Reference operation management enables precise positioning - absolute or relative to a reference point.
• As an option, an absolute encoder may be installed.
