Qualified and motivated employees are the basis for successful company development.
We as a group of companies commit ourselves to our responsibility for every single employee. This starts with the introduction of new employees and develops further during their entire period of employment. An introductory schedule helps the new employees to familiarise with both the organisation and their duties. Imparting all relevant knowledge on the management system is one of its major components.
During the annual employee assessment interviews, the achievements/performance of the previous year are analysed together and future objectives for employment are determined while taking the professional development of the employee into account.
The top priority objective for personnel development is to ensure that fully qualified personnel is available at all work places at all times. This is achieved by means of detailed personnel planning and systematic training of employees.
For each department, general training and advanced training requirements are systematically determined on the basis of personnel needs and the job specifications. The necessary training is planned and held on the basis of these assessments. The performance review is based on the documentation and assessment of the performed actions.
